Hiking our BackYard Falls(Laie Falls)

I honestly can't believe that I literally live in front of an amazing hike up to Laie Falls.. This was my second time hiking it so I wanted to take my hub on it... No sun was out, it was perfect....  It def kicked my butt, even my hub was like geesh that was a pretty tough hike coming from a soldier(lol).... On our way up, my hub picked some Cherry Guavas... Damn they were sooo yummmy....it was my first time eating them... It took us 2hrs to get up to the falls and thankgod there was water running... It was a bit dirty but I think it was because of other hikers that prob just got outta the water..... Overall it was a beautiful hike just me and my hub...

Week 4

So today I made a month of this..I weighed in @ 154lbs.... So stoked its going down and down..... I seriously can't believe how fast one month went by its craaazzzyyyy.... For now, I feel good, amazing and clean healthy... Gonna continue and hope I progress more....

If u ever take a trip to hawaii.. This is one dessert u must have to try... Panipopo.. Warm bread with a coconut like cream melted on top... Yummmy....

Happy 4th of july!

My blogger wasnt letting me upload this post... Uhhhhh... Finally only now lol... Anywho, I spent my 4th of july with my fam bam.. We went to a lil beach right across from sacred falls... Its such a beautiful secluded beach I just love it... We always go free diving there too... We bbq, drank, and did some SUP... That was fun.... Just spending time with the fam is always a blessing... After the beach, we went to turtle bay and sat behind our trucks awaiting the firework show since hawaii banded popping fireworks without a permit... Sukkie right! The show started at 8pm... It was awesome.. I wish it was a lil longer.... I think it was about 7 mins straight... We parked on the side of the road so that when it was done we just book it outta there to beat the traffic cuz it was packed.... $99 for a pop up tent, $150 for bbq food & beer, $20 portable hibachi grill, a day with the most important peeps iny life... "priceless"
