My fitness journey begins...

So this new year I've set a goal for me to get my bikini hard body back.... I really want to be fit, toned and lean.... Week 1: Starting weight was 160lbs and I couldn't believe it... That was my weight when I gave birth to my son (naizik)... How sad is that.... Even though my body weight porportioned myself out I still felt just nasty and couldn't even believe I weighed that much... I realized I needed to change it now... So I started to get help from a few friends and family, bought a home gym bench set and researched help on the internet as well as guidance from friend trainers... Week 2: I was @ 155lbs.... Now its Week 3: I'm @ 154lbs... For now I am pacing myself....  I will keep u posted on my journey....
