My First Makeup Brush Set
Hey dollz,
I wanted to share with you my first ever Makeup Brush Set which i got on Ebay. I searched for MAC Makeup Brushes and a picture of 24 authentic MAClike brushes popped up. I got really excited. I don't know much about "quality" of brushes so i just kinda thought i get it since it was only $25 bucks for 24 brushes including a leather pouch. When i got it, i noticed that the bristles were somewhat not as soft as my POSH brushes (I got my Posh brushes at k-mart and they are really really good) and i noticed that the MAC logo were like already faded but they were brand new. I could tell cuz of the smell and look of it. So i tried the brushes with some of my eyeshadows and it actually held up ok. The orginial MAC brushes would be wayy better. But remember now i got this set for $25 bucks for 24 brushes. So it's a pretty good deal.(i think) Also, If you noticed on my picture on my brushes it has little hello kitty faces. Well i just taped it on there with the numbers of the similar brushes from MAC just so i know which brush i used for my Makeup Tutorials. Overall i would rate these brushes like a 7 outta 10. I mean they work ok. Meaning they can apply makeup so yeah give it a try.

I really want to invest in some MAC brushes, because my sister raves about them. I like the ones from Target by Sonia Kashuk, because those are really good too and they're super inexpensive. You just have to replace them like every two or three years, but they're such good quality, so I don't mind investing in them.:-
ReplyDeleteYep your right girl, brushes make a real big difference when applying makeup. I totaled the cost of all the MAC brushes that i got and total was $600. OH MM GEE... honestly girl there are a lot of other brands out there that is wayyyy cheaper and do just a great job as MAC.. i'm gonna search for them... lol
