Hey lovelyz, so i started taking this product on November 1, 2009. On that day i weighed myself at 152lbs. (ughhh) sooo disgusted!!! That's really cool to know. I've started to workout trying to get to my goal weight. I think I'm going to try QT when I hit that exercise plateau :) Thanks for the insight and good luck with reaching ur goal :)
ReplyDeleteI am way over what I should be too! I've been doing the Slimquick thing and it helps with the extra energy and as an appetite suppressant but I really want to try this one. Once I run out of the bottle, then I think I'll try it!
